I was extremely pleased with the job done on Saturday. The ladies, Ann and Carrie were very professional, friendly and comforting. They helped me calm down and assured me they would take care of everything which they did. They worked like Trojans, On Sunday, Carrie, Eric and Ken, once again were wonderful and also worked none stop and kept reassuring me that everything will turn out ok. On Wednesday, Scott and Kaley came and removed the fans and all the other equipment and also, were professional and friendly They cleaned up beautifully and I was again very pleased with the job they did. We had a basement flood and Paige and Craig did a great job getting the water out, removing woodwork, disinfecting, and ultimately getting the basement dry. They were both very nice and professional the entire time while answering any questions we had along the way. I highly recommend this company.

Renee, Pete and Craig were very calm, professional and helpful in a crisis situation. XPert Restoration did not try to nickel and dime us and kept the rates very reasonable compared to two other restoration companies. They worked late into the night until the job was done. They were lifesavers! Paige came out later to assure us there was no moisture or mold in our drywall. She was prompt and addressed questions professionally. I was very impressed with the time response of the company and genuine concern from staff. I highly recommend this company in the event your home has damage.

I had the pleasure of working with Xpert Restoration 2x on my very first investment property. We had floods on two different occasions during this first rehab. Gabe Paschal wasted no time and was at our property quickly. Gabe and Scott educated me through their process. Even though this experience was extremely stressful they eased our situation because of their knowledge of the craft and basically being empathetic to what we are going through. I was pleased to hear the inspector saying that Xpert did an excellent job and that he was aligned with their work and outcome of the job. We did not hesitate to call them back to our property when the second flood happened. Our business can be a stressful one at times. But having a team of professionals like Gabe and Scott on your side helps tremendously. I would recommend this team of experts to my friends and family members.

I had a major sewer backup in my basement and of course it was during a time when multiple cities had the same. I was worried that I would not be able to find someone to even come out! Xpert Restoration came out the next day and as soon as I approved the job they got to work. They worked well into the early morning and then came back when we had to have a plumber to come out! They found a lot of problems that if I had done the work myself, I would have not found and could have caused health problems. They left their equipment to finish the job and returned to pick up and take everything to my tree lawn for the garbage guys! Excellent and professional! I only remember one name Crystal she was amazing and the other guys were great too!

Xpert Restoration is a great company. I had a plumbing pipe break under my house in the crawlspace. And there was sewage everywhere. I called Xpert Restoration and they showed up the very next day. They had the entire mess cleaned up in four hours. They were also very friendly. They explained everything that needed done. And went over the coast for everything. they did not pressure me at all. I can’t recommend this company enough. Every thing went perfectly. And Chris was incredibly helpful. If you go with this company you won’t be sorry.

AJ and Reed were EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS when they came to my house to assess my water damage. They both took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Xpert Restoration.
